Daniel Eric Wallace Sr., 54, of Alva, FL died on June 8, 2012 at Hope Hospice in Lehigh Acres, FL. He was born on July 31, 1957 in Detroit, MI, a child of Earl Gene and Barbara (McDonald) Wallace.

A resident of Lee County for the past 10 years, he lived in Fort Myers area and finally in Alva; he previously lived in Norwalk, OH. Dan was employed as a stone mason and finisher for Corcoran Tile Company for many years and was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in North Fort Myers.

Dan is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Tscherne) Wallace, his children, Hannah Leigh-Anne Wallace and Daniel Eric Wallace Jr., both of Alva and Danielle E. Wallace of Angola. IN, has stepchildren, Michael D. Vladiff of IN, Chelsea R. Vladiff of IN and Ryan R. Vladiff of GA, and stepgrandchildren, his father, Earl Gene Wallace Sr. of TN, his mother, Barbara Vollrath of FL, his brothers, Earl Gene Wallace Jr., of TN, Matthew Scott Wallace of FL and William David Wallace of NV.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the Temple Baptist Church, 18841 State Road 31, North Fort Myers, FL 33917.
