Waylene I. Stockley, 75, of Fort Myers, FL died on May 28, 2012 at Hope Hospice, Fort Myers. She was born on February 2, 1937 in Ft. Smith, AR, a child of James W. and Dollie C. (Harrison) Adair.

A 44 years resident of Fort Myers, she was employed for 10 years as a receptionist for Robb and Stucky Furniture, she previously was a travel agent for 20 years and in the 1960’s she worked as a teacher’s assistant at the Orangewood Elementary School. She was a longtime member of St Michael Lutheran Church in Fort Myers.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, G. Robert Stockley, her children, Kimberly Anne Fine Meyer (Douglas) of Cape Coral, FL, Nancy Jo Fine Upthagrove of Anchorage, AK, Sandra Parnell of Cape Coral, FL, Edwin Stewart Fine (Cindy) of Tucson, AZ and Marc Stockley (Carol) of Fort Myers, FL, her grandchildren, Jessica Nicole Meyer, Douglas Edwin Meyer, Jeffrey D. Fine (Isabel), Edwin A. Fine, Cristi Hitchiner, David Parnell, Todd Parnell (Jen), Jennifer Dahl (Zach), Crystal Stockely Manderschied, Tanya Trowbridge and Chelse Trowbridge and 9 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 2:00 PM in Saint Michael Lutheran Church, 3595 Broadway, Fort Myers, FL 33901. The family will receive friends following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to the Sonshine Fund of the above named church.
