Lillie Beth Daugherty Ewing, 78, of Fort Myers, FL passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at the Gulf Coast Medical Center, Fort Myers, FL.

She was born on February 26, 1933 in Sewickley, PA, a child of James A. and Ethel (Cochran) Daugherty. Lillie later relocated to Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Fort Myers, FL.

She leaves a legacy of three sons, Bruce (Gloria) Ewing of Raleigh, NC, Jeff Ewing of Fort Myers, FL and Greg (Kathy) Ewing of Sarasota, FL, her grandchildren, Christy, Kathy, Heather, Rachel, and Kevin, her great granddaughters, Sunny, Savannah, and Lily, her brother, Ray (Adra) Daugherty and family of Hollywood and Pembroke Pines, FL and her sister, Helen (the late Lewis) Barrett and family of Woodbury, NJ.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 7, 2011 from 4 to 6 PM at the Sheridan Hills Baptist Church, 3751 Sheridan Street, Hollywood, FL 33021-3688. A Memorial Service will be held at 5PM with Pastor Fred Steen officiating.
